Fire safety training is a program in a training program which allows you to learn all the nuances of prevention of fire as well as tackling the problem if a fire breaks out. The training program also ensures that you know all that is needed to know about fire safety equipments and how to handle them. In fact according to the Fire Safety Order 2005 all employees of a work place must undergo this training.
Food hygiene course teaches you the importance of food hygiene and how to maintain them. So you would argue that you know all that is there to know about food safety. But when you are running an office canteen with bulk food you just cannot keep track. Such a course makes sure that does not happen. This course also gets you acquainted to the safety regulations and standards.
In fact irrespective of whether you have your own firm or not, it is always advisable to pick up these essential skills.
